Dominion Church is excited to invite families throughout Greensboro and the surrounding areas to our Annual Back to School Extravaganza on Sunday, August 16, 2026.

This free community event is designed to help students begin the school year encouraged, prepared, and supported. We believe every child deserves to walk into the new school year with confidence, and our heart is to serve families with love, excellence, and care.

Families are invited to join us for morning worship at 10:00 AM, and the Back to School Extravaganza will begin immediately afterward.

Free Backpacks & School Supplies

Dominion Church will be providing area students with free backpacks and school supplies, while supplies last.

Pre-registration helps us prepare to serve as many children as possible, but it does not guarantee supplies. Items will be distributed after morning worship on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies are available.

Vendors Will Be On Site

Families will also have the opportunity to connect with vendors and community partners offering helpful goods, services, and resources. Vendors may include food, beverages, clothing, haircuts, afterschool resources, senior care information, community services, and more.

This will be a day of support, connection, and encouragement for the whole family.
